About Gary

Gary is a long time Eugene resident graduating with two degrees from University of Oregon in both Business and Education. Gary was "drafted" into teaching back in 1970 and enjoyed a successful career teaching middle school for 32 years. Once retired from teaching, Gary went back to his "other love", Real Estate. Gary has been ranked in the top 3% across the nation in residential sales consecutively for the past 11 years.

Gary is not only well versed in mentoring home sellers and buyers with traditional home transactions, but he also holds a Certified Distressed Property Expert certification. This enables Gary to provide good accurate advice in the handling of short sale and bank owned properties.

Another important strand of Gary's unique services is providing mentoring for clients who are interested in real estate investing. Gary instructs a "Real Estate Investing Class" quarterly. If Gary looks familiar, it's because he was the comical face on the Les Schwab commercials that ran in the Northwest for over 12 years. He has also performed throughout the United States and Canada with his award winning barbershop quartet.
