These are trying times, but rest assured that we’re all in this together. Since many are unsure about how the world can continue to function with everyone sheltering in place, today I thought I’d give you an update on how the market is doing during quarantine, as well as how we in real estate are adapting to the challenge. Many senior banks are allowing borrowers a forbearance on their mortgage payments if their income has been affected by the outbreak.
